My experience does not at all align with the reviews of others. I can only assume by the date of the previous answers that iMyfone has undergone some changes to their customer support. It's backup feature(free of charge) is pretty good that we can look all the images and videos that we have on the device in line, was pretty bumpy for a few days that it didn't restore at first((Restore function isn't free) but the technician Tony helped figure out which file caused the issue and once the extra step was done all my files from the time I backed up before was restored(within 4 work days)! Definitely worth the 1 month membership :D definitely Recommend!īy the way, when you buy a 1 month plan you may be subscribed for continuous charges, just make sure you cancel your subscription before the times up and there won't be any unnecessary charges(seems like a recurring topic when I was reading reviews myself.) I asked around my local retailers and phone providers and as soon as anyone hears iOS to Android they immediately said: no way, can't transfer the history. This is in fact listing as a lifetime license. I am hesitant given that the last license they gave me lasted 30 days. They say the license is good for one drive, then why was it lifetime family license? Con artists.Įdit: after a good deal of badgering and contacting corporate they gave me a functional license. Will be reporting them to authorities soon if they don't give me a license. After thirty days I realized the software was no longer licensed, so I contacted them about twenty times they sent multiple bogus licenses and wasted huge amounts of my time. Contacted and they gave me a trial license and lied to me. PC required hard drive replacement, deauthorized operating system, formatted drive and replaced. Ordered lifetime family license two years ago used software once.
